Jennie Blackpink – the new generation fashion queen – once again affirmed her “explosive” appeal when turning a Vietnamese brand into the center of attention after just a few hours of posting photos.

Recently, Jennie posted a series of photos wearing youthful outfits, teasing her new glasses collection on her personal Instagram.

The Y2K-style set of see-through mesh tops and short skirts quickly attracted the attention of the online community, especially fashionistas. Jennie’s post received more than 3.7 million likes and 2.4 million comments after just 1 day. Jennie’s charisma makes people “hunt” for the outfit she wears.

It is known that the skirt design comes from a Vietnamese brand with a price of only 980,000 VND for the whole set.

After only 15 minutes when Jennie posted the photo, the brand received a series of orders and more than 2,000 available products were “sold out”.

Not only “making waves” in Vietnam, the set also received great attention from Thai youth.

Jennie, 28 years old, is known as the “sold-out queen” because of her ability to turn every outfit she wears into a “hot item”.

Jennie’s unique and trend-leading fashion sense has created the “Jennie effect”, causing many products she wears to “sold out” in a short time.

According to Vogue Korea and Vogue Business, each time Jennie appears, she brings a spike in searches, sales and social network interactions for brands.

When Jennie wore Chanel at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival, the brand earned 26.2 million USD MIV (Media Impact Value) and she personally also received 1.9 million USD in salary.
