Recently, YG renewed the contract with Blackpink for their group activities and currently, we agree not to sign individual contracts.

Thus, according to this announcement, YG company will only be in charge of Blackpink’s group activities and will not interfere with the 4 members’ solo activities in the future.

Before YG’s announcement was announced, Jennie personally confirmed that she had launched a new brand called OA (ODD ATELIER) for her solo activities outside of Blackpink.

However, Jisoo is expected to step up her role as an actress in 2024. Because Jisoo has confirmed her participation in a zombie movie called Influenza. Jisoo will star alongside actor Park Jung Min in this project.
