It’s that time of year again: the celebrities are starting off the week on a style high note at Paris Fashion Week. First, Jennifer Lopez and Zendaya turned heads at Schiaparelli and, now, Rihanna is shutting down Dior’s Haute Couture Spring-Summer 2024 runway in a sophisticated skirt suit … and a trucker hat.

Rihanna arrived at the show and offered up poses for the flashing cameras in a black crushed taffeta jacket and pencil skirt set from Dior’s Fall-Winter 2023 collection that featured a subtle print, an oversized collar, and a belted midsection. The polished ensemble was styled with matching leather gloves, white pointed-toe, ankle-strap pumps, and a quilted Dior handbag. She added a stunning diamond choker, matching earrings, and two ornate anklets. However, the most shocking accessory of them all was her wide-brimmed trucker hat constructed in the same material as the suit.

RiRi’s ’90s-inspired glam perfectly complemented the cap and included a dewy bronzed complexion, a shimmery eye, and a dark-lined glossy lip (one of the decade’s biggest makeup trends). Her blonde-highlighted hair was styled in waves that peeked out from under the hat.

The multi-hyphenate has been on a hat kick lately, but in true Rihanna fashion, she styles the accessory in very unexpected ways. Over the weekend, the star paired a black gown and statement coat with a NY Yankees baseball cap.

Rihanna is no stranger to making statements with her creative fashion choices, but the performer opened up about one announcement she actually didn’t intend on making. Rihanna recently revealed that she didn’t mean to show-off her baby bump during her iconic 2023 Super Bowl performance.

“Here’s the thing. I did what I had to do, right? My jumper couldn’t zip up,” she told Access Hollywood late last year. “No one knew I was pregnant. I just told my stylist, ‘Make sure it’s stretchy.’ So, the undergarment was stretchy and this was baggy, but you know, the zip. It just stopped right there! So, it had to be what it had to be.”
