Jisoo of BLACKPINK is the latest celeb to embrace bleached, dip-dyed hair. Previously sported by stars like Kylie Jenner and Ke$ha, Jisoo debuted her spin on the trend ahead of an appearance at Paris Fashion Week.
For her new look, Jisoo kept the length of her long dark hair but added a pop of contrasting color with bleached ends. Her new blonde tips start just below the shoulders and extend the remaining length of her hair. Jisoo first gave fans a peek at her new hair on social media before jetting off to Paris and once she arrived in the Parisian capital.
For those unfamiliar with the trend, dip-dye is traditionally done when the wearer covers the ends of their hair in color. The look can be completed with temporary or semi-perm color.
The BLACKPINK member was photographed with her new look at Seoul International Airport before heading to Paris Fashion Week, as well as outside the Dior show on Tuesday, March 1. For the show, Jisoo wore her hair straight and down. As far as her outfit, the star donned a yellow plaid dress that hit above her knees (and screamed Clueless) worn over a crisp white shirt and a black tie. She accessorized the look with an all-black mini Cannage Lady Dior bag and stiletto heels.
As mentioned before, Jisoo has already shared a few snaps of her travels on Instagram Story, including a few behind-the-scenes photos of the lavish Parisian welcome she received from Dior Beauty. (ICYMI, Jisoo has been a global ambassador for the house since 2021 and even starred in Dior Beauty’s new campaign!)
Like the other members of BLACKPINK, Jisoo has continually inspired fans with her beauty and fashion choices. Back in January, she looked cozy and stylish in a fuzzy bucket hat and she previously gave her support of Crocs, donning a black pair covered in charms.
With Paris Fashion Week running until March 8, Blinks will have to stay tuned to see what fashionable and glamorous looks Jisoo and the other BLACKPINK members wear next. If last year’s PFW was any indication, we are in for some memorable moments.
