Blackpink’s YouTube channel reached 93 million subscribers
Blackpink’s YouTube channel marked a new milestone in the music industry when it surpassed 93 million subscribers (about 7 years and 8 months since the channel opened), becoming the first artist’s YouTube channel to achieve this.
Blackpink’s YouTube channel is also currently the channel with the 12th most subscribers on YouTube.
In addition, Lisa and Jennie also demonstrated their influence with their own values when their respective personal YouTube channels were also in the Top 10 most subscribed Asian artists.
Blackpink dominates music on YouTube
Blackpink’s dominance on music platforms is undeniable as in recent years, the group’s channel has become the most viewed artist channel in YouTube history.
Blackpink is the first K-pop artist on this platform to exceed 34 billion views (as of now, 2.2024).
In 2022, Bad Bunny and Blackpink are the artists exceeding 3 billion views on YouTube. By 2023, Blackpink achieved the achievement of being the artist with the most views on this platform.
Blackpink’s song “Pink Venom” maintained its position as the most-watched music video by a K-pop group in both years (2022 and 2023).
